For more than four decades the Grönwohldhof has stood for success in horse breeding. The former estate has enjoyed the highest recognition for many years.
Otto Schulte-Frohlinde has built the magnificent facility, bringing with Herbert Rehbein to his time best dressage riders in Germany after Stormarn. Together with his wife Karin, Herbert Rehbein created a dressage center in which world champions and Olympic champions trained. Not only internationally successful dressage horses were at the Grönwohldhof, also broodmares from Hanoverian and Oldenburg lines. In addition, the legendary Oldenburg stallion Donnerhall, which Otto Schulte-Frohlinde acquired as a foal, grew up on the idyllically situated pastures in Grönwohld.
Since 1 January 2012, a new chapter has been written in the history of the Grönwohldhof. Manfred von Allwörden, breeder of Holsteiner jumping horses has bought the Grönwohldhof. With Holsteiner mares from successful lines, we also breed your sports partner for the future.
Just take a look, with us you will find the right horse for your needs, from the foal to the internationally successful showjumper.
